At Skandia, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Dispatch Times

  • Orders are dispatched same business day if placed before 1:00pm (AEST)
  • Orders placed after 1:00pm, on weekends, or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day

Shipping Method

  • All orders are shipped via Australia Post
  • Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected:

  • Standard (Parcel Post):
    • 2–4 business days (same state)
    • 3–6 business days (interstate)
  • Express Post:
    • 1–3 business days (most metro areas)
    • Next business day delivery available within the Express Post network

Please note: delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to Australia Post network delays, peak periods, or remote locations.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size
  • Orders over $500.00 Free Shipping (Excluding WA,NT,TAS)

Authority to Leave

  • If no one is available to receive your parcel, Australia Post may leave it in a safe place or take it to your local post office for collection

Delays

  • While we aim for fast dispatch and delivery, Skandia is not responsible for delays once your order has been handed to Australia Post

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout
  • Skandia is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses
